This is the place where you should upload your video before you start the formal submission process. The video will be saved and presented for review at a specific URL.

Here are the steps in detail:

Upload your video via this online tool. This process may take a while depending on the size of your file.
You will receive an email confirmation upon a successful upload. This email will contain the Review URL to your video.
Once you receive your Review URL, you will need to enter it during the submission process at the ScholarOne Manuscripts journal website at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/videourology.

Troubleshooting FAQ

I did not get an email. Did something go wrong?

Once the upload of your file is completed, you should receive an email. If that is not the case, there may have been a spelling mistake in your email address. If you're sure your email address was correct, please contact admin.socr@sagepub.com for help.

Which video formats are supported?

We support most video formats and will automatically convert the file to a high-quality MP4 file. Please also note that we currently only support the NTSC video standard. If your video is encoded using the European PAL standard, it will not be accepted.

Minimum/Maximum video length?

We require all videos to be a minimum of 30 seconds, and a maximum of 12 minutes.

What if my upload times out?
